Everything about this coat fit right. I went true size (I'm a 3x in most everything at the moment) and was prepared to return and try a size smaller if necessary. The ONLY issue I have with it, is the sleeves are a good bit too long. It's hard to keep my hands visible in this coat. Otherwise waste, length, chest, shoulders, you name it is PERFECT. The only reason I couldn't go 5 stars is because of the sleeves, but this coat is definitely in the 90th percentile or higher of what i was expecting.It is thinner than you might expect for a pea coat. I know most people, when shopping for one, are expecting good, solid, heavy. I was too. BUT...for me, this was a happy surprise, because I run hot a lot of the time. If I bundle up too much, my little nuclear heater of a body might burst into flames. But this is just perfect for the layering I plan to attempt. Will be traveling to Gatlinburg, TN soon, and then NYC in the new year and plan on taking this both places. Very comfortable material, and the buttons feel snuggly attached. Happy to not have to worry about then popping off potentially. Hope this helps with other potential buyers!Fits well. Quality is good for the price. It was like he was a 5yr old wearing his fathers coat, it was absurdly large which considering the size of him is no small feat. But the material was nice and the return exchange process a breeze. Looking forward to getting the new one soon.I'm very impressed with this Pea Coat, it's exactly what I was looking for to replace my 20 year-old beaten up previous version. I ordered a 2XL, my usual size, and the cut and fit are perfect for me. Quality of the wool seems very good, lining is very nice, and it's generally exactly what you'd be expecting from a Pea Coat. Shipping was a bit on the slow side, but other than that no complaints whatsoever.I can’t knock off any stars, even though I had to return it. The quality of the jacket was really nice. It would keep who ever bought it really warm. However, I must warn you, do not select the tall option if you aren’t 6’5 or taller. I’m 6’2 and my hands couldn’t reach farther then where the wrist would be for the sleeves. Get the regular XL, or XL2 if you are a big person and need extra wiggle room for your chest and arms.It's a little loose than what I would like but other than that my husband and I love this coat. The packaging was great, it came in a timely manner right before Christmas it's nice and warm and looks very fashionable.This is a very nice coat. However it is not for real deep cold weather. This coat is LIGHTWEIGHT & on the thin side. It’s not at all heavy as I expected it to be. Kinda disappointed with the thinness of it.This is not the high quality jacket that you might expect from a department store. Product came in a bag, wrinkled, and had lent all over it.
