They fit true to size. I'm an 11M and that is how they fit me, just right. I love the zipper. Makes gotting them off super easy. It is a really good quality zipper and in the time I have owned them neither zipper has gotten stuck or caused an issue. The inner zipper flap is a bit too short and after a month of wear is starting to show spots that rub on the zipper side tongue web. They're supportive and sturdy but not overly heavy. One thing to note is how easily they get dirty and scuffed. It doesn't seem to impact the boot integrity, but they do scuff and show wear sooner than I might have expected. I use some saddle soap to clean and 'descuff' then a wax based clear boot polish to restor them to new quality. I care that my boots are comfortable, warm and functional and these are all of those things.
